All sales are final with the exception of damaged goods. If delivered, merchandise must be inspected and signed for. Signature represents satisfaction with goods and no longer eligible to be reported as damaged. If picked up, merchandise must be reported as damaged and pictures taken within the same day and before assembly. Once assembled or the next day, merchandise is no longer eligible for a damage claim. If an exception is made to this policy it is a case by case basis and will come with a 20% restocking fee. Delivery charge will not be refunded and a second delivery charge will be required if applicable.
